My #transformation. This is how far I’ve come, physically, in the last 2 years. The picture on the left was during my second year of college, living off-campus, virtually eating pasta for dinner every night. Weight was about 144-145lb. I believe it was at around this point that I started ‘Insanity’, as well, which I completed 4 weeks of… Did some cardio that spring and summer, no weight-training. And then there is the picture on the right, today, 133lb. I train, heavy, 4 days a week. No cardio, ‘cause I absolutely hate it. I pretty much eat whatever I want, within reason. I eat pizza at least once a week for the most part. In saying that, I should also say that I focus more on macros (carbs/fats/proteins) than calories. Though I’m not into #powerlifting for the aesthetic benefits of it, they are a bonus! Ladies, lifting heavy weights will not make you bulky! It will make you stronger, leaner, and more mentally and emotionally sound. Get to it. #fitness #strongher
